    MICHAEL BOUCHARD

    With over 15 years of performance coaching experience, Mike Bouchard is the founder and director of MB Sports Training leading many athletes including professionals, amateurs, college, and some of the area’s most exciting up and coming young athletes to better sports performance.

    Upon earning his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Salem State College, Mike’s career started with teaching the importance of physical fitness and how to improve athletic performance to many ages, athletes, and teams. Developing much of his training philosophy through research in the Eastern European training philosophies, Mike has become recognized throughout the area as a leader in athletic performance by applying scientifically proven training techniques through tried and true coaching skills.

    Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, and a Certified CT High School Coach.

    JOE BOUCHARD

    Since 2006, Joe has been a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association.  Joe has worked with all ages and abilities from young athletes to seniors looking to improve their quality of life, and overall athletic performance.  Joe has been involved in and trained for many different sports his entire life and brings his experience and passion to MB Sports Training.

    DAVE MUNRO

    A 2010 graduate from Southern Connecticut State University, Dave joined the MB Sports Training staff following his internship with us in the summer of 2010. Dave’s strength’s lie in his fundamental understanding of success through intensity and perseverance. A graduate of Guilford High School, Dave has coached football at both Guilford and Hamden High School’s from 2006 – 2010 and ice hockey at Guilford High School from 2007 – 2010.

    Dave is a certified personal trainer with A.C.E.
