<li>Athletes will practice proper strength training using free weights</li>
<li>Energy system development using running and slideboard training to improve endurance and recovery</li>
<li>Recovery techniques including stretching, myofascial release, metabolic flush, and active rest</li>
<li>Advanced nutrition education and expectations</li>
