Strength and Power Training

For athletes age 13 & up where athletes train in semi private sessions targeting strength and power development to maximize explosiveness and first step power. This program includes strength training.

Speed and Conditioning Training

Targeting speed and conditioning for athletes age 13 & up to maximize athleticism and preparation.

Tornado Training

A kick-butt fitness program for ex-athletes, weekend warriors, and people who are serious about reaching there fitness goals. If you're interested in dropping body-fat, getting into shape, and achieving the next level in the fastest means possible, Tornado Training is the way to go.

Personal Training

Giving individual attention for specific goals. This is also an excellent way to work around or get back from an injury.

Ages 9-12

Targeted to ages 9-12 that will initiate long term athletic development.
